How we work

From valuation to tenancy

1

Valuation & advice

We visit your property, assess the local market and give you an honest rental valuation — along with advice on the best way to let it, furnished or unfurnished.

2

Marketing & viewings

We photograph and market your property, arrange viewings and keep you informed at every stage — often finding the right tenant within days of it coming to market.

3

Application & tenancy

We check references, credit and guarantors, prepare the tenancy agreement and make sure everything is in place before keys are handed over.

4

Ongoing management

We collect rent, carry out statutory checks, coordinate maintenance and handle renewals — keeping you in the loop with all the details, even if you live overseas.

Fees
