Our story
Thirty years of doing lettings — and nothing else
We set up the business in 1994, in the days when not even annual gas safety checks were required. Many things have changed — particularly the amount of paperwork involved — but our basic philosophy remains the same: to provide a high standard of service to all our clients, and to treat people with dignity and respect.
We are the only letting specialist in Battle. From our office on the High Street we cover the country towns of Robertsbridge, Wadhurst, Rye, Hawkhurst and Cranbrook, together with the coastal resorts of Hastings, St Leonards-on-Sea, Bexhill-on-Sea and Eastbourne.
We are members of Propertymark, the leading professional body for property agents, and of the Property Ombudsman and Safe Agent schemes. Client monies are protected under the Propertymark Client Money Protection scheme.
